We are gradually reaching our goal of 100 stores in central Illinois.  We currently have nearly 70 stores carrying our "The Bayou Blend" and "Chili Seasoning." Some interesting facts about our products that make them so unique are:

1.  We didn't change our recipe when we started this business.  How we made it for our family is how we make it for yours.  They are both SUGAR FREE,  NO MSG, AND LOW SODIUM products made from top quality spices.

2.  Our jars and lids are made right here in the USA.  We firmly believe the American economy needs a manufacturing revival.

3.  Our spice blends are the most versatile ones we know of.  "The Bayou Blend" is for perfect for beef, pork, poultry, and fish, but also makes awesome Bayou Bread (Cajun Garlic Bread), and some really great dips-Tropical Bayou Dip and Soileau's Chip and Veggie Dip. We also sprinkle it on french fries, popcorn, and pizza and salads.  Mix a little with some butter or olive oil and spread on your favorite pasta.  It is delicious!  Our seasonings are fine, not gritty.
     The "Chili Seasoning" is not just for chili, either.  We make our incredible Touchdown Chili Dip, Chili Cheese Dip, and Chili-Mac with it.
